Steeped in the rich history of the Old West, Stampede RV Park in Tombstone, Arizona offers resort quality facilities within walking distance of legendary locations known worldwide. Located off of Hwy 80 with access to I-10, the campground has plenty of spacious RV sites with full hook ups and a friendly staff waiting to welcome you. A convenient online reservation system will help you plan your stay, and a breakfast diner is open to help get you started in the morning.

A visit to downtown Tombstone, just a short walk from camp, is like stepping back in time to the 1800s, from the wooden sidewalks to the many interpreters dressed in period clothing. Witness reenactments of the OK Corral and stroll down Allen Street where you¿ll find Tombstone's best known saloons still standing. The presence of the infamous Earp Brothers can be felt when you step inside of Boothill Cemetery, the final resting place of some of Tombstone's most notorious characters.

When you are ready to explore the area, be sure to visit the Coronado National Forest for hiking and wildlife viewing, and the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area, home to over 100 species of breeding birds. You might need to extend your vacation a bit in order to do and see all that Tombstone and its environs has to offer, including the world's largest rose tree, tours by stagecoach, wild west shows and the many festivals and events that take place in the region. No matter what you are able to squeeze in during your visit, however, you'll find that Stampede RV Park is the perfect base camp for your southern Arizona vacation.
