    Description

Some of the most famous attractions in the world are right outside your door when staying at Las Vegas RV Resort in beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada, with easy access to I-15. Known as the 'entertainment capital of the world', the fabulous Las Vegas Strip is only minutes away, yet you'll be in a peaceful, secluded environment with a mountain view at the campground, which offers a convenient online reservation system. The first class adults-only facility offers all the comforts of resort living, with a lovely clubhouse, heated pool, and spa.

For outdoor fun, Las Vegas style, a visit to Lake Mead, the largest man-made lake in the western hemisphere, is essential. The beautiful Colorado River provides exciting rafting tours as well as hot springs and great fishing for rainbow trout. Hiking is fantastic at these natural sites, with the amazing flora and fauna of southern Nevada yours to explore.

A trip to see the Hoover Dam, the 726 feet structure that controls the Colorado River is a must given its close proximity to the RV Park. A visitor's center provides insight into the construction of the massive dam, an amazing feat of engineering, and of course, no trip to Las Vegas would be complete without paying a visit to the incredible themed casinos that line the strip. There's no gamble about it, whether you're in Vegas to woo Lady Luck or to enjoy the fantastic natural attractions of the area, there is something for everyone when you stay at Las Vegas RV Resort, a fabulous desert retreat.

    First-Time Vegas Snowbirds

This RV Resort was an "Oasis Within the City." The neighborhood can't be changed. Excessive emergency vehicle sirens, low-flying helicopters, and large jets taking off were daily and around the clock... even throughout the night. A few resort residents on loud motorcycles come and go at all hours as well. There were some old and worn out RVs parked within the resort which devalued the overall experience. The office staff was exceptional! Thank you

    Clean and Organized

We were impressed with the organization and check in process. The bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. If I would have changed one thing it would be a better picnic table.

    Our fifth time.

This was our fifth time staying a month in Vegas either in January or February. We usually enjoy much warmer weather than at home (Joplin, MO.) but this time the weather was not typical. It was wet and cold except for a four or five day stretch. Our time at Las Vegas RV Resort was good, as always, with the exception of the internet being just terrible. This is not the park's fault really, rather so many campers rudely use the internet to stream movies, etc. which eats up the band width for other users. The first time my wife tried to get on wi-fy with her phone she was connected with "JJ's Firestick". The only time that I was successful in getting on the internet with my laptop was early to mid-mornings on weekdays. We also had a problem with an apparent full-time camper who went to work at 4 AM each morning and would unlock his vehicle with his remote (loud horn chirp) and then start up the vehicle and race the engine a few times before leaving. And this year the noise of the jets taking off from the airport seemed more piercing than years before. Overall though, we are just a little tired of Vegas. Way too many people now and many of them wandering the streets aimlessly like zombies. I think that next year we may try Florida and the SE portion of the country. Nothing against LVRV Resort....we really like it here, your security is excellent and your facilities are great. Just a little burned out on Vegas.
