    Love Indian Trails

We are state park people yet we love Indian Trails. Nice sites not too close to each other, well staffed and clean. Kids like option of swimming in pool on rainy day and enjoy the inflatables in lake. Kayaking is easy to arrange and they pick you up at your sight. Bathrooms and showers are cleaned twice a day, frequent garbage pick up, staff in office always helpful. Never have to worry about other bad campers ruining our time because they enforce family friendly. This campground was easy when the kids were little and now that they're teenagers they still enjoy it. They've put in nice upgrades such as beach chairs, new volleyball nets. We appreciate that they don't nickel and dime us on everything - they make things convenient at reasonable prices.

    Yo ho ho!

My family has been coming for "Pirate Weekend" for several years now, with standing plans to return every year. The camp staff is always courteous and helpful, the facilities are well-kept, and the activities available are perfect for our kids, currently 3 and 6. The cardboard canoe race occupies the adults, too. Of particular note for this weekend is the roving band of local "pirates" who wander the campground with their wagon of treasure. They are excellent ambassadors of the spirit of the weekend, and always a highlight.
