    Cottage Stay

We enjoyed our stay in of your cute cottages. It was clean and "neighborhood" was quiet and peaceful. The only thing I'd suggest is for a daily supply of coffee packets that fit the supplied coffee maker. Other than that, it was a fabulous stay! Thank you.

    50th reunion

We held out 50th high school reunion at Newport Dunes in Sept. Many of us stayed in the RV park or in the cottages. The convenience of being on-site was great. Management provided us with excellent service -- additional picnic tables, ice, table clothes, even grass at our meeting area. Our event went perfectly. Thanks to the Newport Dunes staff.

    Good, not great

We stayed at Newport Dunes in a motorhome for 4 nights during for our high school reunion. The reception staff lacked a hospitable welcome. Park was busy with some of the sites crammed with people and vehicles. Our waterfront site was adequate. It was narrow, not level, had a wornout picnic table, trip hazards (tree roots), and a pile of trash next to the utility pedestal when we arrived. The restrooms were heavily used and usually left open, even though there was a code for the door lock. You can't beat the waterfront location, but the facility is looking a little old and has lost some of its magic.
