We like it very much. The sites are large, with lots of trees. The rest rooms are very clean, as is the laundry. The store is well stocked. Mike and Sandy are friendly and helpful.

There is a lot to offer for famialies, the children can enjou tubing on the Creek. It is close to the Herkimer Diamond Mines . The parking sites are roomy enough for large RV's. We always enjoy our vusits . We would highly recomend the West CAnada Creek Camping To everyone.

The reason we picked West Canada Creek is because of the variety of things to do. We have a 10yr.old grandson who loves the water. Swimming in the pool, fishing in the stream as well as tubing on the creek, keeps him busy and us too. Mike,Sandy and staff are always friendly and accommodating. The sites are large and well maintained and the restrooms are always clean. We are looking foreword to camping at West Canada Creek next year.

To all who are reading. This is a campground that you must come see for your self. It is a small campground which was its biggest selling point for my family. I want to be able to let my daughter go to the playground and not have to worry about her. The owners, Mike and Sandy, are by far the nicest people to camp with. They make sure to stop and say hello everytime they pass. We stayed there several times this summer and can not tell you how many memories that we made. I was thrilled when my 11 year old had to write a paper about herself and her last paragraph was all about her camping trips at West Canada Creek. She loves going. They have a beautiful inground pool which we spent a lot of time at. You can also go tubing down the creek which is tons of fun. They offer rides to the starting point of the creek incase you do not have a big enough car to fit your rafts, or in case you just dont want to drive there. They always have something for the children on the weekends. Whether it be to create a craft or whether it be a group game. They also have games for the adults. They ran a polish horseshoe tournament one weekend and you had to pick partners blindly. This was a great way to meet more campers that stay there. I loved it!! I didn't like coming in second place though haha! My family and I are looking to become permanent residence with Mike and Sandy. The waiting list is long and there is a reason for that! Once you are at West Canada Creek . . you don't want to leave. The park is extremely clean. The bathrooms are well maintained. There are only 2 showers but I have never had to wait to get one. They offer electric, water and cable & WIFI. Sad to say but that is my kind of camping. If you book early enough you can get sites on the water (our favorite). Between the cleanliness, the activities and the friendliness of this park . . it is a must visit.

A "camper's" campground

West Canada Creek is a great family oriented campground. Great activities for children, and minutes from the Adirondacks. Great access for fishermen, kiyaks, and canoes. Close to the snowmobile capital of the north-east, even in the summer there are snowmobile activities near-by (Snow Bash Grass Drags). I recommend this campground to anyone I talk about camping with.
