Great resort/kid friendly

We are new to the RV world and have been learning our way around the best places to stay. This was an amazing location. Bathrooms were clean, laundry was close by. At first, we were wary of the fact that they put us next to the kids play set, but it turned out to be the best location (if you have kids). The redwoods all around were gorgeous. We actually extended our stay another 2 days...I've already recommended it to a few people! Great place!

Clean, But too close

All and all it was a clean campground. Reasonably quite. The one major issue it sits very close to a maximum security prison. This made our family a little nervious.

The location for the RV park is spectacular. When you camp here you are surrounded by giant tall trees. I would rank this experience as a 8 out of 10, because there is little room between behind or in front of your RV as the campground is over crowded with other RVs. So you could say you are surrounded by tall trees AND other RVs.
