Nice Quiet Park
100 % of users found this review helpful
Wife and I had not had our fifth wheel out all summer of 2011. Decided to make a quick 2 day get away. Found this place in Quincy. Looked nice from website. In realty it is much better than website photos. Well groomed. Bottom line - we kept our RV there for a month and came up on weekends and squeezed out a 4 dayer. On a scale of 1-10 I would give the little park a 9. Frankly the owners make the place, great people. The park has paved streets and sites, many with grassy front areas and a number of sites with little patios with chairs and tables. Close to Quincy areas"shopping" (thinks Safeway supermarket). A few decent restauraunts in town. 20 minutes to Bucks Lake and about 35 minutes to Graeagle and lakes basin area. Owners will let you keep your boat/trailer there for small fee per month. Only complaint we had was that they are next to the fairgrounds and in summer they have stock car racing on Saturday nights (fairly noisy) but we did not consider this a deal breaker. Place is pet friendly. Quite a few RV clubs use the club house but we did not find any of them rowdy or noisy. We have not used the RV parks latrine facilities and cannot speak to that. Propane on site for easy refills.

Paradise found!
100 % of users found this review helpful
We were fortunate enough to stumble upon this "gem" right in the center of Quincy! One weekend stay and we returned for another 4 weekends! Exceptionally clean, plenty of shade, close to beautiful Buck's Lake and best of all, the owners, Diane & Wes! They are so friendly and can not do enough to make your stay enjoyable! We can not wait for next summer to return!

Great Place

This park is a great find. The owners are very helpful and maintain the park beautifully. Two great places to visit while there. Buck Lake is beautiful and for you golfers, there is a fun, inexpensive 9 hole course called Mt. Huff Golf Course. Bothe are about a 30 minute drive.
