My family rv camps once every two months starting from this year. We are exploring the area and trying to spot new rv resort. Comparing with Orange County Rv Resort. This one is overpriced. First, Orange County's girls' bathroom offers free lotion and decors the whole bathroom pink. Pink shower curtain, pink wall. They also have fantastic lights. It makes you feel like you are in some luxury spa. Like a superstar doing makeup before she gets on the stage. Second, Orange Resort has all kinds of lemon, organge trees. Staff told us to pick as many as we want. It makes us feel like we are just in our own backyard. So relaxing and natural. Third, we took our dogs both times. Dog charge is the same: 1 dollar a day. But Orange front desk staff gave me a dog bag along with a piece of bone shaped snack. So sweet. 1 dollar is nothing comparing to what Orange did for us. Last, Orange charges 70 dollars a day while Mission Bay charges 90.

Your security people r like nazis, except they were selective. I've never stayed n a RV park with this type of security. Motorcycles flying thru the camp weren't addressed. Neither were the yappy dogs. Every time I tried to walk my dog, it was a yappy fest. And when others walked their dogs it was the same. Very annoying. The dog runs r dirt & very dusty. I didn't feel safe, I felt like I was being watched all the time. Not a good feeling. U probably won't my review. I'm not sure I would stay there again.

The park is lovely and much quieter than Campland nearby. The security is good. The only complaint is that now that the grass area is not being watered between rows, there is dead grass everywhere. It was being tracked into our RV and was all over our site. The RV was a mess. There must be something that can be out down in place of the dead grass such as crushed granite, that would not be so unpleasant to deal with. After coming here for many years, it is sad to see the Mobile home park surrounding the RV resort, look so bad as it is emptied out. I hope the land will be put to good use and made to look beautiful again. Perhaps expanding Misssion Bay RV Resort into the old mobile home area would be a good option.
