Not bad

The spaces were fairly close together and they will not assist you in backing into your spot. There are trees and the spots are not angled so it is difficult. The park is surrounded on 2sides with abandoned mobile homes because the city has taken over the property. Luckily Mission Bay RV Park does a good job with security. You can walk right over to the park on the bay for a long walk/run or bike ride. SeaWorld is very close. Bathrooms are clean but very old and the doors on some stalls don’t lock. One lady in the office is rather rude.

This was our first trip and we loved it. We will be returning as much as we can. The sites are a good size although there is not much privacy. This is an RV park so that is to be expected. We were on the last row with no one behind us and that was nice. Everyone was very friendly. I like that there is a small cafe for food and drinks. We did miss having a pool but there is plenty of Bay area to visit so don't miss it much. Beautiful area and we felt very safe.

My wife and enjoyed that the bay is just walking distance from the resort. The RV spaces are not on top of each other. The full hookup was definitely a positive. My favorite rule is that dogs need to be on a lash. You did not see them running around. The 10:00 PM quiet was another positive. We felt so safe with having the security guards onsite. They are friendly and professional. Another plus was free wi-fi. I was able to do some work. The only issue I had was the bathroom. They could be more cleaner. There were some stalls missing the locks. In addition, they are small. It would be nice to have hand paper to dry your hands instead of the hand blower.

Everyone that I spoke with during the week was polite, happy, and just plain friendly. it is always a pleasure spending time in a camp ground. my only wish would be to be less expensive. $3,000 plus a month is a little over the top. will i be back again, we'll see.
