WiFi is poor at best, not working most of the time. Cable TV was also very intermittent, never very good. Nice walking path by the bay, nice paved spaces.

Management has nothing to do with the guest except take your monies and assign your space. The bathhouses are from the 1930's and should be torn down and replaced. There are no back-flow valves to prevent hot water surge when someone flushes the toilet and you are in the shower. The laundry facilities are in need of folding areas along with an area to hang up clothes. Granted one of the 3 areas does have this covered, but with 4 washers and 4 dryers, not everyone in the park can use this to their advantage. Where are the bingo nights, potlucks, simple get-together's that are available at most parks? Highly overpriced for the services given.

Mission Bay Experience

We had a great time in and around Mission Bay. Our spot was centrally located with easy access to the Bay as well as the city. The spaces are very wide and can accommodate multiple slides easily. There is no shortage of parking either. We would have enjoyed a little better TV service. More channels and a greater selection would have improved our evenings at "home". The WIFI signal was inadequate and intermittent at best. Improvement would be a great enhancement. All in all it was an excellent time. San Diego and Mission Bay are great destinations for a short getaway or extended stay. Mission Bay RV Resort is a top notch resort.
