Used to be better

We have stayed in this campsite before and were very disappointed this time. The new cabins have replaced all of the nice campsites and all RV and tents are now relegated to the back of the campground. We'll return because of the location but are disappointed in the downgrade.

the location of the RV park was very convenient but I have never been in a park where we were stuffed in like sardines as much as this one... not a pleasant "camping" experience

Overpriced and under achieved

I've stayed at a few RV parks and this one was a complete failure except for Cleanliness. Our site was at the rear of the park across the drive from the tent sites. I felt so sorry for the tenters because they are the furthest away from the showers, bathrooms, dumpsters and the office! Why would anyone design a park this way??? The fire pit was overgrown with weeds. There was a big hose coiled up next to our hook ups so I had to fight my way into the area each time. The sites are literally stacked on top of each other. The campers next to us literally apologized for blocking our view when they pulled in! The price is the most I've ever paid anywhere and for nothing. No pool, no amenities at all. The store maybe had 30 items in it. The check in ladies were teen age girls! I was hoping to ask about local eating options but figured I would get the best fast food drive in so I skipped it. And the worst thing was no management in site the whole 3 days we were there. Some campers pulled in at midnight and made so much noise I had to ask them to quiet down and of course they didn't. I would not darken these guys' doors ever again. Plan ahead and try to get the KOA. We drove by on the way out and it looked 10 times better than this dump. The bathrooms and showers were clean tho.

July 2012 Experience

Very narrow roads and most pullthrus to short and tight for the bigger rigs.
Better signage for marking of park entrance.
Good distance from Jackson Hole and stores.
