Description

Welcome to Hi-Pines Campground, our family-friendly campground in Eagle River, Wisconsin! Our 80-acre RV park offers terrific camping activities like fishing and swimming on our one-acre pond, hiking and cross-country skiing on our trails, or working with your horse at our horse stables. You can relax on our beach, do some bird watching, or plan a fun picnic lunch or dinner at your own campsite, using the fire pit that's in each site. With nearby attractions like the World Snowmobile Headquarters, the fun of Minocqua, and beautiful Bond Falls, you'll always find something fun to do in our area.

Book your campsite or RV site today with our handy online reservations system. Our Eagle River, WI campground is set near U.S. Highway 45, just 22 miles away from Rhinelander, where you can join the hunt for the hodag! We offer excellent amenities like full hook-ups, up to 50 amps of power, tent campsites, and a camp store for last-minute supplies. Pets are welcome, so long as they remain on a leash while they're in the park (and no aggressive dogs, please). Groups are also welcome -- just ask about our special group rates!

Make Hi-Pines Campground your home base while you head out for day trips to the Northwoods Children's Museum or Eagle River Historical Society. You can join us in June for the Fishing Has No Boundaries event which promotes fishing for people with disabilities. We're also home to the Great Northern Beer Festival and the Central AVD Rider event. With all there is to do and see, it's no wonder people love Wisconsin camping with us!

Polite, helpful staff. Clean grounds, restrooms and laundry. Had a shady site which we requested.

This was our first stay at Hi Pines. It is a convenient location for the Cranberry Fest we like to attend each year. We were impressed by the clean, tiled, bathrooms and the number of electric/water sites. We liked our campsite in the woods and the color changes with the sunlight shinning through made the site even that much more appealing. We were just very pleased and impressed with our stay and do plan to return. Would highly recommend camping here. We liked that there was minimal activity in October and most likely would not stay here in the summer because of the increased activity. It looks like this would be a great place for families during the summer.

Lack of Empathy for customer

We paid for two days. We stayed one day due to rainy weather and flooded site. I was denieded a refund for second day. I was wet, shivering cold and offered another site with hookup in the rain. Lack of understanding for my physical condition.
