good-amenities, playground, close to rec center bad- crowded, on highway, no adventure hiking trails, visited by hundreds of pirates (yes adults dressed like pirates stayed the week end) i suggest calling the campground ahead of time to see what organized groups may be over taking your space

Pros: We stayed in a cabin, and it was a good little cabin that was relatively clean. The bathrooms had lots of stainless steel and were clean (a big deal in my family!). Cons: It felt like the campground didn't have quite enough land. The roads were narrow and the guy at the desk literally sort of freaked out when I asked where I could park my trailer. And they were VERY paranoid about campfires, in spite of rain less than 24 hours earlier. Overall: This campground isn't bad, it's just that many are better.
