From our very first call until the day we pulled out, our family camping weekend at Dogwood Acers Campground was Awesome! Charlie & Lucille, family and staff were so kind and helpful with every question and problem that we were having with our camper.It was so helful having Charlie there guiding me into campsite.After plugging up we had a busted hotwater tank so Charlie arranged for service man to come out to fix our hot water heater! Our teenage girls had a great time enjoying the outside activities and indoor game room. And I was so happy to have the hand dipped Ice Cream every day.I could go on and on about the great experience, but AWESOME is the perfect word that describes our weekend at Dogwood Acers Campground.Thank You so much Charlie & Lucille..We had a Blast!! This past weekend the campground support a fundraiser for Dillion Strouce. It was to help raise money for a wheel chair. They had 7 bands, food, etc. Great job to the campground owners who are the best!!!!

A group of our fellow campers came this past weekend for the chili cook-off and fundraiser event for a wounded vet. I must say after 30 years of camping, it was the most fun we ever had at a campground. with lots of food, vendors, and 6 bands it was a blast. Most of all the owners-Charlie & Lucille are the best. They go out of their way to make your camping a memorable experience. Thank you both!

I had a very fun time for my first visit to dogwood acres although I didn't camp there I was very impressed with how nice of a place it is. The owners of the facility seemed very nice too!

I attended a benefit for Dillon Strouse on May 4th. This was my 1st time ever being at Dogwood Acres. I was quite impressed with the park/playground there for the kids as well as the amenities. The lake/pond was beautiful & the pool area although not open seemed very nice. The owners were super nice & I will definitely go back!

It's great to see a community come together to help one another! I was here last night for the Arts and Music Fest/fundraiser. This campground was beautiful and located in a very peaceful area. Thanks for all the accommodations and efforts in making the fundraiser so successful!!!!!

A big Thank You to our hosts ....Charlie and Lucille for opening up their campground this past weekend (May 4, 2013) for the Dillion Strouse Benefit Art & Music Festival. We had a great time and we also took some time to checkout the campground. It sits close to the mountains in a wooded area and offers a lot of wonderful ammenities. Dogwood Acres is truly a beautiful campground. Thank you again!

This was our second weekend here to see MLC and once again we had an amazing time! This camp ground is family friendly a gives the most wonderful atmosphere for spending time with friends and family! I would recommend this camp ground to everyone looking to stay in the area! Thanks again for more wonderful memories!
