My family and I have been to several campgrounds. Castaways is by far the best. They are super accommodating to everyone. Including dogs, disabled quests and kids. All of the roads at the campground are paved so taking a bike ride with the kids is really nice! I use a mobility scooter to get around and I was able to enter all of the buildings and activity areas with no problem. They have a wonderful activities director for the kids. While there, my daughter enjoyed making a tye dyed t-shirt, a water balloon fight on the beach and a hula hoop contest. The onsite bay beach is great! They have inflatables tied out in the water. The kids really enjoyed it. If you enjoy music and a nice drink they have a wonderful bar right at the beach that have live music and really great bartenders. Run...don't walk!! We had the BEST experience while visiting Castaways campground in June 2011. This was our first visit here, and I can honestly say that we will probably return every year! The staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodations were top notch. The camp store had everything we needed. The beach area was better than visiting actual Ocean City! The tiki bar and live entertainment were so much fun! I seriously do not have enough GREAT things to say about this campground!
