Big Rig pull-throughs are welcome at our resort. Along with full hook-ups, high speed Internet, and cable TV, we offer a fitness room, laundry room, clubhouse, general store, playground, and fish pond! We are family owned and we nurture a country atmosphere that makes our resort unique. Everyone can find an activity they love in San Marcos. We are home to two, Texas-sized outlet malls, the cool and refreshing San Marcos River and many challenging golf courses.
Nearby citites and towns provide unlimited entertainment. In New Braunsfels there is Schlitterbahn, a water park unlike any others. Voted the worlds best waterpark, Schlitterbahn must be seen to be believed. Nearby, spend the day in the quaint town of Gruene. Shopping, tubing, and excellent restaurants are located within a few blocks of each other. The Grist Mill Restaurant offers variety and excellent views of the large Oak Trees that drape over the River and the tubers floating the day away. San Antonio offers a flavor of Mexico and treats visitors to the beautiful Riverwalk, the exciting marketplace, and Fiesta Texas. This RV park on I-35 between San Marcos and New Braunfels has pull-through sites and a wide-open layout. Great for what we needed - a centrally located headquarters for the events of the week we were there. It's easy to get to Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels, and all of the sites in town. Very easy to get to the outlet malls in San Marcos. The staff were great; the facilities clean. There wasn't a lot at the RV park itself as far as amenities for kids, but they were too tired to play at the end of the day anyway! Some people have found the noise of a nearby concrete facility to be bothersome, but it was nothing to us but an additional background sound. We'll stay here again when planning another week of play in San Marcos & New Braunfels!!
