First they overcharged us for our stay and was a nightmare to get the money back. The people that work at the front desk are rude and not very happy. When I go camping and pay for a place I expect the employees to be polite?! I also found the bathrooms to be dirty and not well stocked, might want to bring your on toleit paper just in case! Days into our stay, our car was broken into and all was taken, the office said, John in fact, " HOW DO YOU KNOW IT WAS HERE,?". Needless to say the police did also have 4 other brake ins. The camper 3 away from us also lost all their bikes and coolers. So much for 24 hour security. We were going to stay another night as our driver for our Motorhome could not be there that day, we called the office and told them, at 1:30 we got a call from our driver, he would be there in 20 minutes, to our relief we didn't have to stay another horrid night. We called the office right away, and they yelled at us to pay the full amount. I told them I would pay a late fee, and JOHN the manager told me he was calling the local police on me..and HE did! Can you imagine? Good lord, we are NOT only campers that were treated that way, nor the only ones that were broken into and lost our personal things. Would NEVER send my worst enemy here. I do not know how they are still in business. Camping should be a wonderful experience, this was a nightmare. Happy Camping. Hope this is helpful to my fellow campers!
