This Little park is a gem. I have gone to 4 and 5 star parks and found that I never use the the amenties that I have paid for so why pay the high rates. The park is well kept and have a newer pool. I was there last winter and all the guest where very, very, very friendly. I felt this was a home away from home. I also found that is have the best dollar value around. We paid $285 per month for the winter months WOW, not that was affordable. WE WILL BE BACK.
Happy camper

Unfortunate economy

Truly in the Forest. WiFi not available, had to use Verizon on phone, that signal was weak also. No cable. Not really big rig friendly, sand road into park needs to be leveled frequently. It appears that the economy has taken it's tole on the type of units allowed to park-permanently-we left when a hand painted little trailer moved in and set "found" objects in the trees. Mostly permanent residents, we would not stay here again.
