The park is dumpy looking and caters more to long term tennants. If you want your car fixed by the neighbor, great. If you want a dog s--t around your rig, great. If it rains I hope your rig is not underwater. I hope you don't unseat your suspension because of the fine rode maintenance. Dirty with little or no upkeep or maintenance. enough said.

nice people staffing office. i was tent camping, placed along a running ditch, mild coyote ruckus and some farm yard noise, (more comforting than annoying). it has great access to the state park that is close by.
