Riding the RV Train

The office person was very short, seemed to want me in and out NOW, seemed really bothered when asked a question. They have special overnight spaces which are great! Easy in and out for all size rigs, great hookups and nice level concrete to park on. Our biggest issue and the only thing that will stick in our minds is the constant noise from trains that go by here every 15 to 20 minutes, non-stop. The tracks were actually 150 to 200 ft from our space with only a short block wall in between us and them. This loud noise was terrible, which made for a miserable night and getting any sleep next to impossible. Had we been made aware of this ongoing activity up front, we could have had the option of staying there or going on down the road a ways. I'm sure the only cure will be a higher "sound wall" and if they really want any repeat customers, they had better plan to address this issue PDQ.
